📄 Contract type: DPČ / Employment Contract

⏱️ Workload: approx. 60–80 hours per month

We create innovative machines, tools, and digital solutions that empower independent eyewear makers around the world, with a strong presence in Europe and North America.

We are looking for a highly effective, proactive, and reliable Sales Support professional with a sales drive who can support our fast-expanding international operations. This role is ideal for university students or parents on parental leave who already have experience in administration, customer service, or sales operations and are seeking a flexible, partially remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing quotations and sales documentation
Communicating with clients and partners via email and phone
Maintaining and organising files, materials, and records
Conducting follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
Researching and qualifying new leads to support the sales pipeline
Updating and maintaining the CRM system
Preparing materials for internal reporting and sales overviews
Coordinating with Marketing, Production, and Logistics where needed
Representing the company at trade shows and assisting with customer interactions
Performing additional administrative and sales-related tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in administration, customer service, or sales
Motivation to grow in a sales-oriented role
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Italian is an advantage, Czech language is not required
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Workspace; AI and CRM tools are a plus)
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
At least secondary school education with A-levels (maturita)
