We enable supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries to effortlessly sell their surplus food, turning potential losses into profits. Our platform offers partners a new avenue for revenue, customers up to 50–70% savings on fresh food, and the environment a substantial break from waste. ♻️🌎 As we propel our mission across Central and Eastern Europe, we are searching for a dynamic, hands-on, Social Media and Content Specialist for the Czech and Slovak markets. (Part-time / student-friendly position) Role Overview In this role, you will be the creative voice and face of Nesnězeno (and Munch) for both Czechia and Slovakia. You'll act as a hands-on content creator and social media manager, bringing the brand to life through your own ideas, your own content, and daily community engagement. You'll have real creative freedom to shape how the brand shows up locally, building the content calendar, driving local campaigns, developing formats that fit the Czech and Slovak audience, and being the recognizable presence behind the brand's social channels. 📌 Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Produce high-quality, on-brand content (photo, video, short-form, graphics) tailored to Czech and Slovak audiences — adapting global creative direction to local tone and cultural nuance. Social Media Management: Own day-to-day management of all social channels (posting, scheduling, responding, growth tactics) for both markets. Community Management: Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and community discussions; foster a positive, responsive brand presence. Content Calendar: Build and maintain the local content calendar, keeping content timely, consistent, and aligned with campaigns and seasonal moments. Email Communication: Write and send one-off email/newsletter communications as needed (announcements, promotions, updates). Campaign Support: Drive the execution of local B2C campaigns and key account rollouts — producing content and coordinating timing with the calendar. Copywriting: Write and refine localized marketing copy across social, email, and campaign materials. Review Management: Monitor customer reviews, respond promptly, and help turn feedback (positive and negative) into brand-building moments.

Požadujeme

📝 Requirements & Skills Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in Czech and fluency in English (our main company communication language). Proven Experience: Experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within a fast-paced startup, marketplace, or B2C app environment. Content Creation Skills: Hands-on experience producing high-quality photo, video, and short-form content — from concept to final edit. Video Editing (Must-Have): Strong, hands-on video editing skills — comfortable cutting, pacing, and polishing short-form content for social platforms independently. AI Tool Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation, editing, copywriting, and ideation. Analytical Literacy: Comfortable with social media metrics and using insights to guide content and posting decisions. The Startup Mindset: High adaptability, a proactive "get-things-done" attitude, and the resilience to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent Copywriting: A sharp eye for text and creative concepts, ensuring localized content feels organic and impactful. Technical/Design Savvy: Comfortable with content management systems and design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to produce and adjust visuals independently. Advantages (Nice-to-Haves) Slovak language proficiency (in addition to Czech) — since the role spans both markets. Strong personal social media presence — an established audience, content style, or platform know-how that translates into instinct for what performs. Experience in community management or customer review response. A background or deep personal passion for the food, hospitality, or sustainability sectors.
